Our Programmes
Three Programmes. Three Specific Problems.
Each programme addresses a particular gap that founders and operating teams encounter as their companies grow. Fixed scope, fixed pricing, concrete deliverables.
Back to HomeHow We Approach Each Engagement
Every programme begins the same way: a short discovery conversation where we confirm that the scope is a fit for your situation. If it is, an engagement letter is sent within 24 hours. No work begins before the letter is signed.
We use the same structured sequence for each programme — not because we are inflexible, but because the sequence has been refined. Each step is there because removing it made the outcome worse.
Deliverables are handed over at agreed points, not accumulated at the end. For longer engagements, you see the work taking shape as it progresses rather than waiting until the final session.

Standards Applied Across All Programmes
Confidentiality First
Confidentiality agreements are signed before any client information is shared in advisory engagements. Engagement letters confirm scope and restrict data access to named individuals.
Clear Scope Limits
We are explicit about what each programme does and does not cover. Questions that fall outside scope are identified and redirected rather than answered with an approximation.
Canadian Privacy Standards
Client data is handled in accordance with Canadian privacy requirements under PIPEDA. Materials are stored securely and deleted or returned on request after an engagement closes.
Written Before We Begin
Every engagement starts with a signed letter. Scope, deliverables, timing, and pricing are all in that document. Nothing is assumed or filled in later.
Follow-Through Built In
The Growth-Stage Operations Advisory includes a structured review session at the three-month mark. We check what is working, what needs adjustment, and whether the operating model is holding up in practice.
Response Within Two Days
Enquiries are answered within two business days. During an engagement, participants have a named contact and know how to reach them.
